Written with questions in six broad categories, the guide is not a step-by-step set of instructions. Rather, it takes you through items that are important to think through as you create your own steps to a safer reopening. The full guide includes printable templates for communicating with team members and staff.
Please note that the Church Music Planning Guide is copyrighted, and file sharing and/or photocopies is not permitted, with two exceptions:

1. Two leadership members may share the file to complete the leadership sections. Please purchase multiple copies if more than one senior leadership member or more than one music ministry leader will complete the same sections.

2. The planning pages are permitted to be copied as many times as needed.
